Everyone in local government knows the trend! Service demands continue to
increase and resources continue decrease. Shrinking budgets have intensified
alternative ideas and approaches for increasing efficiency and reducing duplication
in local government services. This workshop provides local government leaders
with the essential tools they will need to address service consolidation
issues. Topics include:
